Booking Policy:

Booker is responsible for full court fee. If players added do not pay, booker will be charged full court fee.

Rain Policy:

1. Pre-Start Rainout: Automatic cancellation with a full club credit refund.

2. Less Than 45 Minutes Into the reservation Rainout: Full refund in club credits.

3. Over 45 Minutes Into the reservation: Full reservation cost charged. No refund.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled court time, payment of 100% is required and no refund will be issued.

- For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, an automatic 100% refund will be provided in the form of Club Credit.

Admission policy:

- Padel Coaches, vendors, or external providers are not allowed on Raqueteo premises without the approval of management.

Dress Code - Raqueteo

We aim to maintain a family-friendly environment. Please adhere to the following dress code guidelines:

**For Men:**

- Tops: T-shirts or polo shirts. Sleeveless shirts are acceptable, but no tank tops.

- Bottoms: Shorts or sports pants of reasonable length.

- Footwear: Sports shoes suitable for padel.

**For Women:**

- Tops: Shirts of reasonable length.

- Bottoms: Reasonable length.

- Footwear: Sports shoes suitable for padel.

**General Guidelines for All:**

- Headgear like caps or visors is recommended for sun protection.
